From today, April 11, 2016, up to April 21, 2016, La Consolacion College-Bacolod will be accepting applications for admission into senior high school.
Requirements for application for admission are as follows:
- Report Card
- Certificate of Completion
- Good Moral Character Certification
- NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
- ID Pictures 1×1 5pcs
Applicants must proceed to the College Guidance Services Center to take the admission examinations and interview. After which, they may proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the Study Load and pay 500 pesos enrollment fee at the Finance Office.
Enrollment is until June 24, 2016.
