Sauteed Green Beans With Ground Meat

This is one of the simpler dishes to prepare. Slicing the ingredients may be the only time-consuming task here, but when that’s all done, all you have is to saute them until they’re cooked. Great to pair with hot boiled rice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

SAUTEED GREEN BEANS WITH GROUND MEAT

Cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200g ground beef or pork
500g green beans, cut into diagonal strips
1/4 cup water
Soy sauce, salt and pepper, according to taste

Saute finely chopped garlic and sliced onion in a skillet until onions are translucent. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until the beans are cooked to your preference. Serve hot with boiled rice.
